Remember when I took a "vacation from working on Egoboo"?
Well, I think that's going to happen again.
See, it's summer.
During the summer, I have nothing to do. This year, that is increased by the fact that I moved, and now none of my friends live near me.
I have nothing to do.
Isn't this the ideal time to work on Egoboo?
No.
Because of this boredom, and because of various unexpected changes in my life, I have lost enthusiasm for nearly everything.
But don't worry! This feeling will probably fade fairly quickly, and I'll get excited again, and start doing things.
In the mean time, though, I will be working on little or nothing. And, really, I was never doing anything important (fortune cookies, which we didn't necessarily NEED yet, and the Vampyre, which pretty much came to a halt already due to the whole wings thing).
I will still post on the forum.
Just thought I'd make that clear.

When someone looses their enthusiasm because they are depressed, they need to keep doing things that would *normally* make them feel good...
But in your case, I would say it might be better to take the summer to find some RL friends! Moving is a bit of a pain. |

I didn't say I was losing enthusiasm because of depression.
Suddenly, it was just like... "Oh, wait. That seems really boring now. Which makes everything else suddenly look boring as well."
...Or something like that. It's sort of hard to explain.
I actually have "RL friends." Really.
I actually moved last July. It just seems like it was more recent than that.
They're part of the reason I don't feel like working on Egoboo as much; I haven't talked to them all that much lately, see....
