I was more thinking of a required visual password (Type the password in the image below thingy) or a required e-mail registration. And limit guests to the help and off-topic section.

I think that the visual password and the required e-mail thing would be a good idea.
But as for quests, could you make guest posting also require either email or visual password?

No I don't think so. I have the option of allowing guests to posts or only registered ones. So it will probably best to do with the visual password. If that doesnt help enough, I'll go to the next step.
