I can't seem to find configurationfiles to change keymaps etc. Where is it located?

-Tourist (incomplete)
-Bloodthirsty Squirrel
-Elven Capitol
-Editors
IN THEIR LATEST, BEST-WORKING, MOST DEVELOPED FORMS? I had them once, but I forgot where they are...
