I knew it was one of these... Hey ZefZ, do you need VC 2008 to work on the code? Cuz my crappy internet has a 6gb limit per month!!! The package is big.

I just found one problem with SetTargetToNearestBlahID. Converting the bits to booleans had a bit of a problem: it would only work if one bit was set...  |

Blame "SetTargetToNearestBlahID". I never used it, and it never worked.

I'm almost certain we had this exact same discussion a few months ago.
We American people typically don't have limits, I think. We're kinda spoiled that way.

LOL. Not to mention that New Zealand is a 1st world country, and in Venezuela, which is a 3rd world country, no offence to my nation, there is unlimited internet. I actually find that funny somehow. And in fact, there is no such thing as unlimited broadband in NZ, perhaps unlimited dial-up, but that sux hard, lol.

My net thing is 12GB 512kbp max speed, and if I go over the limit, I pay no extra, I pay by getting a max speed of 264kbp!

Technically, it should be "second world", since it was a colony of a "1st world" country.
However that is true of a lot of the poor countries in Africa and for India, but they are considered "third world".
Today it seems that 3rd world refers to countries that have no industrial manufacturing and don't export goods. |

The code has .sln for VC 7.1, 8.0 (2005) and 9.0 (2008). Although I think 8.0 aka VC2005 is not fully up to date (Not all the new files included).
