I recently got "Corel painter X", and decided to make a title art, and i found out it was surprisingly easy Very Happy

.
I sketch it on paper first, scan, then fill it, and then draw a background.

If you're making a module I can make a title art for you, just say what you want it to look like and other details you want to add.

Here's an example:

One for K'nife's Heist? (Treasure, rogues and such).

Maybe one for the last level? (Abyss level 2)

One for Griffin Tower?

And lastly one for the First catacomb level (Or replace the first abyss level one - the one with the zombi).

Here's a couple of doodles i have, both could work for K'nife's heist, pick the one you like most.

For Griffin Tower, I could either draw a tower, a trapdoor or a spiral staircase, what do you prefer?

Oh and Zefz, I was wondering if the penguin one could replace the ice palace title art.
Not that I'm against it, but i like mine better Razz

That penguin one is pretty awesome. If the penguin had blood red eyes or something it would be perfect for the ice palace. Maybe you could cut the penguin out and put him against a backdrop for one of those "ice hotels"?

The one thing about the ninja is that it is not shaded at all. I've been working on something using the GIMP and will let you know if I can get a decent result. There should be a way of making a mask that will allow some automatic shading...

Looks nice. There isn't a mimic in the Heist, so I would pick the cobra one (As heist doeas actually contain cobras).

Griffin tower, you could pretty much do anything you want. Havent made much out of it yet, but it is a prison with escaped convicts.

I found out what ice hotels meant, so i have 3 title arts on the making.
I'm exhausted right now, but i have a free day tomorrow, so I'll get all three done then.

OK. Here is an algorithm to add the shading in automatically.

For the ninja, the shading was using an algorithm, for the snake, I painted a mask that darkened the image where it was in shadow.

I'm not very fond of algorithms and masks, I'll try to learn how to use them.

Oh, and by the way, the snake is looking sideways, that's why only one of his eyes is visible.

Can I have one for the Inventor? It would show my Inventor in that little pit thing that would have a close-up on a pair of G'nomish binoculars that would have a Lumpkin Air Pirate airship in the reflection. My Inventor would be holding the binoculars, of course.

Maybe a reflection in the G'nome captain's Gonne, with the reflection being a Lumpkin? You know, with the Gonne held upwards? It would show my Inventor about to fire a crossbow towards offscreen, with my back to the G'nome captain's. The G'nome captain would look at the screen, with a 'battle" face, while my Inventor would look offscreen, at his target. All of this would be in the pit thing where you respawn? It would get rid of the need for a binocular model.
