What about this one: The Angels discovered the Air city and moved their big clouds around it and attacked against the Hobgoblins. They were losing and then their wise, happy king made a decision: They would use the ancient weapon, Death Scythe, made of the civilization of some ancient race, to absorb the Hobgoblins' souls in it and the king gone on the Air City's highest buiding's roof and showed the Death Scythe to the Hogbgoblins and they surrendered, but the Angel king was selfish b*****d and still tried to absorb the Hobgoblins' souls in it, but some Angel child jumped in the way and the king had to turn the scythe not to absorb the child's soul and absorbed his own soul and some strange Hobgoblin felt sad and gave his soul to the king and then the king became evil. How does this sound like?

The Angels and Hobgoblins had a war about the Air city. Hobgoblins won.

I think the Hobgoblins and Angels should be no-where near each other.

My original idea was that they really didn't have much contact with anyone else other than the Acrobots, who kicked them out. After that they were entirely isolated.
They're sort of an anti-social bunch.
