Hmm... Maybe you can make non-damaging sword if you delete particles? It may work... I'm not sure, though. _________________

If you delete the particles the sword won't do anything, not even push the target back. That would be utterly useless if you ask me.
@Maxaxle: About the sword, I'd try giving the damage-particle a bump damage of 0-0, and set the strength dampen in its data.txt to 0.00. That should work. _________________ Yes, it's true. I fail. Epicly so. |

I would like to have a non-damaging bomb. It would explode and there would come flowers. It would be funny. _________________

It doesn't work? Uh, well. I don't really have an idea how to do it properly then. _________________ Yes, it's true. I fail. Epicly so. |

I guess it currently isn't possible properly then...
(Unproper way: Set bump damage to 1-1, STR dampen to 0.00 and heal the target every hit by the amount of damage done [by enchanting it, for example]) _________________ Yes, it's true. I fail. Epicly so. |

Damage amount can also be a fraction. Set it to something like 0.000000000000000000000000000001 - 0.000000000000000000000000000001 _________________ "To err is human, to really mess up requires a computer."

That's right, but I actually thought damage amounts lower than 1 don't knock the target around. _________________ Yes, it's true. I fail. Epicly so. |

They do. I've tested it with something I was making. _________________ "To err is human, to really mess up requires a computer."

Oh. Alright then.
@Maxaxle: Then just do what Chainsaw said. _________________ Yes, it's true. I fail. Epicly so. |
