You would only need seven that I can think of:
1. damage partcle
2. poof
3. special effect
4. blood 1
5. blood 2
6. blood 3
7. blood 4 _________________ http://egoboo.sourceforge.net

the & should mostly be 2^n-1, so 1,3,7,15,31,63,127,255,511,1023,.... these are the numbers that have their binary bits arranged so that they grab all the bits less than a 2^n.
For a lot of values that you input, they are in what is called 8.8 fixed-point math, so that 256 units in the script == 1 unit inside egoboo (and 128 = 0.5 units, 1 == 0.017, etc.). So, it really doesn't matter much about "rand & 511 + 511" or "rand & 511 + 512". |

Zefz- There's one more, a weird little bat/smoke thing that goes off when you eat, but I'll just remove it because it didn't look that good anyway. But which particle number is for dragons, like I asked earlier?
Bgbirdsey- I'm not sure I entirely understand what you're talking about (too many numbers and not enough words ), so I'm just going to take your word for it. _________________

Depends on which collor you wanted to give dragon blood. I would reccomend either red or blue. (The wizard starter show purple, but I dont think there is purple blood particle).
You can check particle.bmp for a overview of all particles. _________________ http://egoboo.sourceforge.net

| it is hard if you're not familiar with bit-wise operations or the binary representation of numbers (it's hard even then...) |

There's something that kind of looks like it could be used as blood, right before the red one. _________________

That might be the bat blood. I noticed it was different from the usual red blood. _________________ FACEPLANT |

But speaking of new classes, I've redone the hobgoblin's skins and his tools have icons now!
...Still could use some stat fixing, though. Maybe some dampening of tool power, too, although I already did some...
Anyhow, here's the updated file.
I'll do textures for the hunters and make a random name thing soon... _________________

Ah, yeah, freewebs is kinda weird, or at least mine is.
The following seem to work best:
Use Firefox.
Just click on it (don't right click> open in new window or tab, or anything like that).
Or, right click > copy link location, then paste into your browser... _________________

| I can't dl it either. Try the file name without ' ' or '(' or ')' in it. Those are not good for URLs and might generate unintentional errors. |

Hey, do you have the modeler file for this object? I was playing around with the vertices a bit and got an interesting result.
The model looks the same as a tattooed elf at the moment (with a hood). Did you have an idea about how you would want the hobbie model to look? My mod had giant bat ears and a differently shaped head.
EDIT
Oh, and you had added big ears, too.
EDIT
Oh, and people wanting to mod your stuff is one of the great joys of working on an Open Source project.
EDIT
and here is what the deranged bunny looks like. LOL
