Interesting. I like the idea of putting an icon on the left hand side. A better way to do that might be to make icons that can be drawn over the bars. That way, they could be animated... ?
One thing is that the top "black" bars are what is displayed for empty bars, so those should have no decoration.
I it is set up so that you can add as many bars as you want vertically. |

Woodmouse? It's funny that I never heard of you and that you have 376 posts  . Anyways, the bars are cool, but perhaps they could look more smooth... If you want, I could enhance it with gimp, although I'm not sure you will like it... Everyone seems to like graphics from the 90s!!! Never mind, I'll just give it a job.
