Lash: Good. I like this one the best out of the three. It's simple and the design is awesome. With some folds in the clothes, lighting, better background, it could be a good image. Nice chracter though.
Kelia Ver 2: Not bad at all. The pose is simplified compared to the first one, and takes away personality but that's not bad. Lighting is missing... It could use some shadows from her hair going on her face, and a shadow under her chin. Could use more detail or texture(not necessary if it's cartoony) in the clothing....
Kelia Ver 1: Good idea for the pose, bad execution. Not horrible or anything, but the feet seem to go forward too much as if she is standing directly on the back of her heels. The hair is one-dimensional and does not match with the perspective of the face's direction. I know I may sound like a total geek for this(lolz), but the tail needs to move back a bit more and an indication she's using it to balance herself.
Overall, I see that your anatomy got better compared to your older artwork. If you are serious about improving, take a look at thes books that are avialbale for free viewing and download.

If you look closely, there IS a slight gradient on the top/bottom legs, main head, and lower head.
@Hiroy- Thanks so much! But... folds in clothes... they aren't intended to come in to the picture, coz... this is like Sonic the Hedgehog fan-art, and it's just kinda meant to be simple. Other than that, thanks heaps!

I think she's leaning against a wall or something, and the tail seems nonexistant...

Nah. Sonic is probably the most fan-made-character-filled series than anything else. Because there's a lot of potential there, I guess.
Like, Mario? How do you come up with a Mario character? You don't, because nobody is Shigeru Miyamoto. Except Shigeru Miyamoto.
There are a ton of characters now though.
Next game should have only Sonic and Tails, and maybe Knuckles. Because they're the coolest ones, mostly.
Although E-101 Gamma is pretty cool (though he "died" at the end of Sonic Adventure, and hasn't appeared in a game since).
And let's not forget Big the Cat!
