Cartman is just strange... I don't see how it starts up.

Do you have all the proper dependencies installed?
Carman is very hard to make run. I managed it a few time. But it is even harder to use. Use EgoMap instead.

No luck.
Nevermind. It works now after I moved it to Program Files.
EDIT: The functions to not seem to work. Clicking anything crashes it.

Forget about Cartman. Even if you somehow manage to make it run, it's ugly, you absolutely don't know what all the stuff does or how to use it, and it seems not to save the maps correctly. Trust me, I tried it.

You have to run cartman in compatiblity mode, win95 or msdos if you can.
For golem, you need to make sure you download and install
