We have 43 members with at least one post now. Wow! There are 56 total.... I think I'm going to spa....ah, politely remind a few of the people who seemed to be showing a lot of interest before and get them to come back. The number of regulars around here is still pretty small.

In other news, congratulations to Agent of Dread who has surpassed me and now has over 2000 posts! Shocked

I think the number will increase again as soon as we get a new stable version out there.

I checked out the sourceforge statistics and with every release there is almost a double in visitors and downloads that week. In addition, the number of average visitors and downloaders increases by a certain amount too! (Permanent increase, looking at the later months).

Hm. Interesting.
I suppose it would imply that people download the game, and then are happy with that for a while, and just come back for the new version. Smile

You should give us some more detailed statistics sometime.

Yeah, but don't forget the Pnp: on the 856 posts I have, not far from 600 must be from the Pnp: that's why I sometims think I don't deserve such a high rank: as the Pnp doesn't have anything to do with Egoboo (or very remotely), it kinda disturbs me.

Well, the PnP indeed takes up quite a lot of posts we have (I should have around 600 there, too. However, that's only a little less than half my posts). Anyway, @original post, this is actually rather impressive. Let's keep up the good work and attract even more people! Very Happy

EDIT: About the PnP, actually, if people agree on this, we could make it so that the posts made in the PnP-forum don't count towards one's total (or rather, Zefz would have to do that). I think it's just fair. However, I'm also fine without it. It's just a random idea I came up with.
(Actually, it's not a contest here - that number should actually just show how many posts you made. The rank is a nice little gimmick, but doesn't really matter either.)
