You cannot give a character two different skill IDSZ. Unless you begin to code a new one (Say [MATE] for MagicTech) and put [MATE] in addition to [WMAG] in spellbook.
The easiest way to accomplish something like this would be creating a new type of magic which is only useable by that class (Which also has the [TECH] skill). The result would be something like the hobgoblin class.

Currently there arent any ways to give multiple skill idsz (But a little work in the source code should make it avalible as an expansion).
You will have to use the other skill IDSZ to do things. The Paladin for example has two abillities, Jousting or [JOUS], and Divine Magic [GOOD].
Jousting is Skill IDSZ while Divine Magic is Special IDSZ.
There are many free ways to upload files on the net (Check google for example, its quite simple). People have also sent files via e-mail to other who would upload them for them.
