Ooo you could make this into a SuperTuxKart track with an Egoboo theme... that would be cool.

Instead of making this one like that, make a new one.

Edit: Bumper car: It is highly amusing trying to put four same controlled elves into cars.
Speed racer: Looks like sand palace. One elf driving around in circles.

It's like Mario Kart for Linux.

I think it would be a lot cooler if they went like Wormux and made all the character free/open source software mascots, rather than having unique characters + Tux.

Hexley is the mascot for MacOsX. (or however you write it)
Mr. Iceblock is in SuperTux. (another game)
Wilber is for the GIMP.
Mr. Iceblock was the only original one in it.
Wilber and Hexley came later.
But still.

Actually Hexley is the mascot for Darwin. MacOSX uses Darwin as the core of the operating system.
Nolok and Penny are also from SuperTux.

According to the SVN, it's been there since r1495, or about 5 months ago.
That's probably a newer version.
It think he was in 0.4.
