No it is not a hack. It is EgoMap which has corrupted your mesh. You can play it in Egoboo, but editing it in EgoMap will cause the thing to crash each time you encounter of corrupt mesh.

Just see Griffin Tower for example, which has a corrupt mesh in a corner (which explains why I only used three quarters of the map). I got lucky only a small part got corrupt.

Well, if it did, I had no idea! Shocked . And now that I've updated my video card drivers, the screen goes black whenever I use Egomap! Crying or Very sad . And I guess one of the drivers was for OpenGL.

Hmm, I think there are some settings that may change how EgoMap interacts with OpenGL. But those would have to be set manually and not in the settings.exe

You can also rollback the drivers.

What do you mean "Not with Nvidia!"?
You should be able to go back to the old drivers.
Right now I am using the drivers from Nvidia (legacy one though), and I can switch back anytime I want to.

I mean I can't figure out how to roll back drivers, and the settings crash in certain parts.

Yes. In the settings, it just crashes when I try certain things (namely, the video settings).

Try right clicking on "My Computer" and select "Properties".
Go to the hardware tab and click on hardware manager.
Find your video card and right click on it. Select Properties.
On one of those 4? tabs there should be a rollback button. Maybe that will work.
(I've never tried that)

I clicked "advanced video settings" and it froze up/stopped responding.
