Yeah, so I was doing a quick Google search on Egoboo, and this site wasn't even on the first two pages.

We have the official site, then the definition of the word on Wikipedia (which now links to the home.no site, so that's good), then the Zippy site, then a bunch of interviews and such, and some totally unrelated stuff, then the short-lived commercial attempt's site, the a bunch of random stuff, then these forums... more references to the game on other sites, then the wiki, then yet more references to the game on other sites (by the way, these are all really old and are talking about the olden days of Egoboo when Aaron was still doing it)... I kept going on until the seventh page, and still the site's not there.

Anyway, the big thing I noticed was that back in the "olden days," there were a lot of websites that posted stuff about it.
Does anyone know a good free-game-related website that might help us get the word out? Or two or three or seventy-four and a half?

Huh... I just did a quick google-search too; there already are some German sites at the first result page that offer Egoboo 2.3.8 and higher.
EDIT: WTF!? Egoboo is rated lower than 5% at some of these sites! Shocked

We should collect donations and put an BIG advertisement on Sourceforge.net, just like the Star Wars potato heads ad. It might cost something like 100 dolars a month, but if we get enough donations, that is the way to go. I myself put an effort on Egoboo advertisement on YouTube, but it didn't work that well, lol.
