There is a plan to make a capitol city for the elves yes. But its long down the todo list. First the other suggested modules (Last level abyss, catacomb level 1, griffin tower etc.) will be finished.
In addition a few other towns/villages are suggested. None will be the size of gargantuan Bishopia. These are Big Wood (Elven forest city), Sandweg (Desert village), Booty Cove (Pirate town) and Highspire (G'nome outpost). _________________ http://egoboo.sourceforge.net

Don't forget Acropolis!
By the way, just for everyone's information, what you mean is "capitAl," with an "A." When you spell it with an "O", like "capitOl," it refers to the central building of a province.
For example:
"I'm going to visit Washington DC, the capital of the United States of America."
"The capitol building in DC is actually quite plain on the outside."
The word "capital" (with an "A") also refers to an uppercase letter, money and similar resources, etc.

Making cities is one of the most time consuming and work in module making. Especially ones as big as Bishopia.

Shops are really easy. Just create the passage on where the shop is supposed to be and use AddShopPassage in the script to make it a shop. _________________ http://egoboo.sourceforge.net

But I can't understand the passage.txt at all... I mean that it just... Is hard... for me... But do I put the coordinates like in the spawn.txt? I can't understand that...  _________________

If you understand spawn.txt, then passage.txt should be easy. The spawning points are the same, but each passage has 4 coordinates instead of 2 like normal objects. Passages have two points marking each side diagonal corner (It is like a square box).
TopleftXY BottomrightXY
First number is thus top X, second is top Y, third bottom X and last bottom Y
Open is T or F, wether the passage is passable.
ShootThrough T or F, if particles can pass through
