I think there are already references to this new community forum in the Zippy forums. But Soulfuers may be interested in newer egoboo development too (Since it seems that both games have huge potentional and are being developed)

I think this project could always use new people, as long as they're at least a little committed and stuff.
Also, we could really use a lot of just plain old players. Not enough people know about the game; we need a good advertising campaign!

Who do we know that's rich? We can get a billboard! Very Happy

You would be suprised. Egoboo now has half a million downlods since it's first release. On the sourceforge site our project has increased from rank 1300 to 638 the last few months (Over 600 ranks improved!). In addition, since I released 2.4.4b, there has been 54 download for linux and 201 downloads for windows (Totalling 255 downloads in two weeks!). Wink

Mmmmh in the debian distribution ther's a package for egoboo but it's the old version made by Aaron. I have discovered this game at framasoft but they show the old version too (I have made a coment with a link to Zefz's site). If Aaron let a link in his site, maybe some people will know this version...
