Good work. It has nice potentional.
First off I have something to say to ALL module makers: When making modules, keep the dungeon style as the rest of the game. I point specifically to hall size. Halls should not be smaller than 2 tiles wide. Rooms and walkable areas should not be to close to the edge of the map.
Next one should select a music track for your module, or even create a new one for it. Use PlayMusic to play the track.
- The aqua stalkers in your module need weapons to attack.
- The pillar like structures are transparent in some areas.
- The floor vertexes seem a little buggy sometimes. Some incorrect merging and some areas use wrong textures. Some tiles seems to have incorrect water levels too (Even some missing). _________________ http://egoboo.sourceforge.net

You mean wrong textures by the wall tiles in the floor? They are there on purpose...! And they have weapons... Now... All of them... And new title.

And there is some other changes, too, in the Fear Factory... _________________
