Ooh, cool.
I have a request; can there be something in the setup file to disable autoleveling? It gets annoying with the way I have it set up, because I'll push the button to check my experience while zooming the camera out, and I'll gain a few points....
I dunno, maybe it's not worth it. _________________

I tried to explain autoleveling before.
It is not "hitting x to gain XP". You can turn that off by turning off DevMode in the setup.txt. |

Oh, alright then.
And what does autoleveling do, though?
I mean, I hit X, and I gain experience.
So obviously that's true on some level. But apparently it's more complicated than that... Explain, please?
Or, oh, are you saying I'm using the wrong term here?
What's autoleveling, then, if it's not the push-x-and-number-to-gain-experience thing? _________________

There was a need to automatically figure out how much XP for each level. I analyzed Aaron's original characters and came up with a formula that basically reproduced these values for lvls 1-5 and then extrapolated.
This way, if you choose to mod your character to get high initial stats or high per-level gains, you will automatically be balanced against all other classes because leveling will be harder for tweaked classes. However, your stat gain per HP or MP will be balanced with all other classes.
