I thought that it would be great if every character class and monster class (maybe not all of them) would have alternate skins, like Purple did for the Cobol. Because there is the limit for four skins (why there is limit, by the way?) and it would be great, if you just wander around in a dark catacomb and suddenly there would be a green butcher (just a bad example) behind the corner... It would be great. I edited some already:

I know, they are... Crying or Very sad

baaaad...

Maybe only four because to save space in the game. (Do you know how big .bmp file can get?)
Speaking of which, is there anyway of changing them to compressed formats, like PNG?

Oh yeah!! I still need to do that final armor + chain mail skin for the Adventurer! I totally forgot about that! And the Bandito suit for the Rogue!
Anyhow.

Well, anybody could have their own special skins for their characters; I've done that myself before.
As far as monsters go, that might be an interesting idea. Like there's a random chance that a monster will be different-colored, and you get a MASSIVE experience bonus for killing it. And maybe you have to kill a bunch of them for a quest?
